This blog has been created to document the dis-assembly and re-assembly of the house I currently live in.
It's previous owner (hence forth known as "PO") was a wonderful older gentleman who had one rule of putting anything together/building something in the house:
If one is good, ten is ten times as good.
PO would use 10 nails when one would be sufficient. There would be 10 cable splitters, when one larger splitter would have been prudent.
